    How to start a call center and details about its management?

    I want to start a call center for 24/7. Will you please guide me how to manage the shifts, leave schedules of employees, employee benefits, their conveyance and other legal aspects.

    First you need to register your company.

    Better to ask those who are already running call center.

    Prepare the time schedule and based on that you can divide the shifts.

    General the shifts will be : 6AM - 2PM. 2PM- 10PM, 10PM-6PM

    In this way you can device the shifts.

    Dear Friend if you want to have a call center of your own then you have to register under the company act 1956.After that you have to take clearance from the state government or central government.After all this you can manage the shift as under.6am-2pm2pm-10pm. With Thanks

    HELLO ASPIRANTS,
    First of all you grant me permission government act and
    then start call centre company.You make a schedule and
    shifts like 8 hour 1 shift you start 3 shift per day.Benefit
    many student join call centre as a part time job .And dont
    worry take is easy and concentrate on call center.

    Hai friends

    first get the permission from the state government

    after take the permission from any net work company to get the call centres

    after that come an under stand between the company and the you

    you run the centres 24 hours daily

    you can keep the shifts

    1 shift :6am-2pm


    2 shift: 2pm-10pm

    3.shift:10pm-6am

    while selecting the employers ,select the experienced candidates

    if not give them training

    give add in the papers ,the students can join in the company as part time job

    if the service is good you can good name in the public

    so concrete on the work

    always motive the employers ,which it helps you a lot

    In order to start a call centre for 24 hrs in all 7 days,you must havethe required space either at your residence or on rent.

    Location must also be good in respect of communication,facilities &safety.

    Next you will have to obtain permission & license from the officesof the state & or central govt.

    To obtain the licenses,the terms & conditions vary from state tostate.

    Visit your state's website to get the informations.

    Compare prices of equipment & services such as an internet &telephones.

    Go to website which shows the comprision of these things.6.00AM to 2.00PM,2.00PM to 10.00PM & 10.00PM to 6.00AM is suitable shift for staffs.
