How to speak against new recruitments without information?

Its a habitual process in our company that after 6 months most of the staff is changed. The reason may obviously salary issues. But whatever may be the reasons the employer should ideally first inform the current employee and then recruit somebody else but he does vice-versa. How can we speak against it?

See i would suggest that first you should concentrate on your work and always try to give the best performance.
Its not always good to take on Management on each and every issue.

If that policy specifically affects you than only you can say anything other wise, you should do your own work.

Private companies have its own rule to employ and dismiss employees and if you go and ask them, they will give you many reasons.
Many employees may be leaving due to salary issues, many may be leaving, if they do not like the work profile etc.

But even if you are so concerned and want to know why, than you can put these questions to HR manager and ask in a friendly and formal manner as to why there is so much attrition in this company as many employees leave the company withing 6 months of their joining.

    Dear Friend

In the private sector it is the company to decide whether to keep a employee or not..

You dont have any right to complain they have their own rules for that

Dont try to quarrel with the management on such issues..

There can be a risk to your job also..

JUSt concentrate on your performance and only performance saves you in the private jobs..

One who performs better is retained be the company otherwise he is fired if does not perform well..

    ALL THE BEST
