How should we answer this question if they ask “Between Management and employees who are the most important element for the growth of the company”?

I have done my MBA in HR and marketing. I am very much interested in taking my career towards HR. This is my first interview and wants to ask you, if my interviewer asks me this question “Between Management and employees who are the most important element for the growth of the company”, how should I answer him.

Management and employees go hand in hand, if one fails the other fails too. Both are equally important because it is the management which directs the employees but without the employees the management alone will not be able to complete the work. It is like the driver and the engine, management is the driver who steers and takes the engine through the path, but without the engine the driver has nothing to do. So management and employees are the two faces of the same coin, they are different yet connected and belongs to the same company. The success of a company depends upon effective management and cooperative employees. Effective management could mean covering all round functioning and requirements of the company and cooperative employees could mean skilled and disciplined employees who have a feeling of oneness with the company. Hope this answer helps.

    Hi buddy

Its good that you have such elaborate plans for your future and want to pursue them so diligently..I really appreciate you for this..

If in the interview you are asked this question "Between Management and employees who are the mostimportant element for growth of the company" you should tell them that the Management is required to maintain discipline over the employees, to keep their performance in check and to encourage them more to work better for the company..

While the employees are the backbone of a company as it is their effort and hard work which takes the company to greater heights so certainly the relationship betwen them and the management shoyuld be good so that they can give their all..

So basically both are instrumental for growth of the company and thus must have good relations with each other for the company to reach its pinnacle.

I hope this helps you..Good luck

Hello, This is a tricky question, but indeed an interesting one.If I would have been in your place,I would have given equal importance to both management and the enployees and framed my answer accordingly. You should start in this way that-Management is a disciple. It is the energy house which makes the inflow of energy and work among its employees.Management can be regarded as blood vein transmitting blood to the organs who are its employees. If we consider management as a body and employees as its organs the only we will be able to justify the importance of both of the two!

Employee and Management are the complement of each other. In contrast You can't do management without employee and you can't handle employee without management they are always related to each other

If interviewer ask such question that mean they try to find decision making capabilities of your in that situation your cam and coolness have much advantage of you

You can Give answer Like "Management are required to maintain discipline over the employee and employee work for your company. Both are essential part of any company. It is very Important to growth of company the relationship between management and employee"

thank you i hope it may help you..............

    hello friends..

1)both are the most important element for the growth of the company

2)without management their is no growth in the company

3)as well as without employees mostly no growth in the company

4)most are the employees for company growth
