    Hi

firstly clear them that you cabt do this with your x company.

coz its wrong if you are joine other company witjout informing them.

tell recruters that. you also loved to work with them but

you cant do this if they seroiusly intetesed in you then they

will wait for you till the notoce period will not completed.

    so tell them the facts.

Hi..I think you should follow proper rules and regulations laid down by your company..Dont break rules..

You should try to persuade your new company that you cant leave your present company without serving the notice period and they should give you the required period for joining..

Also you can inform your present company about your situation and maybe they will try to help you..

So take your decision wisely and if the new offer is very lucrative indeed then to wind a good way out than simply breaking the rules..

    Best of luck..Thanks

Hi.. I think you should tell the interviewer directly that it is not advisable for you to break the rules of the company and resign without serving the notice period..

You should tell that you want his job for your better future and you will work there as much hard as possible but he should give you sufficient time for a proper resignation..

Or you can tell him to talk and persuade the employer of your present firm to give you resignation without serving the notice period as they want to hire your services immediately..

Think wisely and do wat is proper and just..

    Best of luck..thanks

    Hello Friend,
If some body asks you to join then its only the test to know how you answer that, actually they know nobody cant do that neither in there company they allow any one to leave like that.
you can convince him like saying
1- sir i have not received my experience letter yet and for the same i need to serve the notice period in the company.
2-you can say that your PF and other clearance wont be cleared if you leave the job at sudden,so you need to give them the notice period time to get clearance of all.
3-again if you leave the job in sudden then they will make you an absconded employee forwhich you wont be able to join the same company again in future.
you can say that also as moral ground where i have worked for last year or two i dont want to cheat them.so i want to continue my notice period and once its done i will join this company.
here you cant do anything else than convincing the interviewer.
    thank You.

hello dearit is not fair decision of your new company because it is fully unfair and very complicated.as being a experience holder you should tell them about your career because experience is count everywhere and salary designation depends upon it.Every company or firm take minimum 15 days to providing all details of employees like salary slip experience letter character certificate etc.you should also check the all past details of current company that it a registered firm? Why it is asking you to join immediately?may be there will go some wrong with you in future.so keep check and you should not accept proposal immediately even you don't check all information related job Criteriathanks

    Hi friends,
Hope you are in good health and good state of mind!
It's always a treat and fun to answer your queries.
I also appreciate the confidence that you have shown in us!

1)it is not good at least you have 7 days to 10 days notice period in you company.

2)tell to him i have given bond to that company before am living i have to inform to you within 10 days

3)that may be good company so you don't know that may be good or bad that's why take 7days time

4)in that you will decide which is better

5)and also you have to inform your old company also

6)because they will provide experience and certificates also

7)so you have to take one week time to joining in the new company

    all the best

I hope I have answered all your doubts.
It was a pleasure answering your queries.
Hope that you'll come up with some more challenging queries!
    Till then,take care.

    Bye!
