How is a salary measured by the company? Does it depend on the no of experience or qualification?

I have been working in this organization from past 6 years however my salary is less than the employee who has joined just before 4 years. His qualification is more than mine. But I have 6 years’ experience and he has 4 years. I want to know on what basis this salary is measured. Is it on the basis of experience or qualification?

Dear, sir let me tell you salary is measured by post in which the employee is working.let us take an example if a person is appointed in a post of ceo or any other big post in a organisation surely he will receive more salary than other employee who are in organisation with lower post compared to him even they have more experience than that. In one word we can say that by education one get more salary. With thanks

Hi. I think the salary is given to you initially based upon which post you join the company depending upon your educational qualifications. Then the increments in salary are given based on work performance of the employee and also his experience.

If you have experience but you dont perform well then you may find it difficult to get increment in your salary. Also your chances of promotion will be less.

But if your Performance is outstanding then even with less experience you may get a higher salary and greater chances of promotion.

Also it depends on which posts are vacant at that time.

    Best of luck. Thanks

Initial whenever any recruits anyone the salary is based on the kind of post. Like for instance the salary of an manager is always higher than the clerk. Whenever any companies announces the vacancies and call the candidate for an recruitment, the salary of that post is already decided, so whenever any candidate get selected he will have that salary. But at the time of promotion, salary hike, the amount of salary will increased based on your performance and experience. If you have performed exceptionally well, then your salary may increase higher than the other employee. So mainly experience matters in the promotion.

    Hello,

well its a fact that the employees having more qualification will get more salary.

Yes experience matters. But if the other employee is in higher post then the salary will differ.

You may get a salary hike but it will definitely differ from the one with high qualification.

salary depend on the designation as well.

    Thank you

    Hello,

The salary of the Person having a higher qualification will have more salary.

It is the policy of every company .

Even though they will be in the same designation and same work experience , but as their qualification is high then they will have a higher salary package.

Even if the person is a fresher and he has more qualification then his salary will be higher comparatively.

    Thank you

    Dear Friend

You are right from your point but when two person are posted at the same post then both will get the same salary..

But if there is difference of POsts then despite of your experience the new recruit at higher post will get more salary..

When you gain experience then your salary also increases...if they do not increase your salary then you can go for the other switch where you get more salary..

So you should compare on the point of salary in a company..

    ALL THE BEST

    hello friend,
yeah salary hike in a company depends on your performance and Experience but qualification also matters.a highly qualified person may handle some situation which might not had ever occurred in your career.apart from that this salary hike may be due to his previous job CTC which might have more than you.and you have not switched company in 6 yrs but as you know while in a company yearly salary hikes 10-15% but by switching at once you may get 50% hike so if you have that much experience you can consider that as other option.
    thank You.

Initial whenever any recruits anyone the wage relies on the sort of post. Like AN example|for example} the wage of an manager is usually on top of the clerk. Whenever Associate in Nursing firms announces the vacancies and decision the candidate for an enlisting, the wage of that post is already set, thus whenever any candidate get hand-picked he can have that wage. however at the time of promotion, wage hike, the quantity of wage can enhanced supported your performance and knowledge. If you have got performed exceptionally well, then your wage could increase on top of the opposite worker. thus primarily expertise matters within the promotion.

The wage of the Person having a better qualification can have additional wage.
it's the policy of each company .
although they'll be within the same designation and same work expertise , however as their qualification is high then they'll have a better wage package.
even though the person could be a lower classman and he has additional qualification then his wage are higher relatively.

You ar right from your purpose however once 2 person are denote at a similar post then each can get a similar wage..
however if there's distinction of Posts then despite of your expertise the new recruit at higher post can get additional wage..
When you gain expertise then your wage conjointly will increase...if they are doing not increase your wage then you'll choose the opposite switch wherever you get additional wage..
So you must compare on the purpose of wage in an exceedingly company..

salary hike in an exceedingly company depends on your performance and knowledge however qualification conjointly matters.a extremely qualified person could handle some scenario which could not had ever occurred in your career.apart from that this wage hike is also owing to his previous job government agency which could have over you.and you have got not switched company in vi yrs however as you recognize whereas in an exceedingly company yearly wage hikes 10-15% however by switch promptly you'll get five hundredth hike thus if you have got that abundant expertise you'll think about that as different choice.
