    How to reward an employee for his brilliant performance in the project?

    Body: I am the manager of a MNC. Recently we finished a very important project and especially one of the employees was responsible for making it such a success. He performed brilliantly and as this project was very important for our company, I was thinking of rewarding him in some way for his dedication and hard work. Please give me some suggestions for the same.

    Sir if you want to provide him rewards then i would like to suggest you that if you will keep a award for this type of performances then it would be good for your company and you should keep any one or multiple awards with following names

    >> Person of the Project Award
    >> Person of the year of the company

    and if you will start this type of activities in your office then competitive will be increased because of getting award for every single project and because of competition, every employee will work hard for the company which is 100% fair and profitable for the company and establish a good market that is why you should keep enough money in the prize with a shield and must give annual party and keep a simple party after being successful in any good and major project then you will see the development in the company and if you presently wants to provide something for new performer then you may give him some bonus and you may also give him some extra allowances

    Record Company Wide

    Post a Thank you note on his door

    Invite to him one on one lunch

    You can Invite him for a Pizza Party or Cake party

    Give you Increment

    And You can give him leave when ever he wants

    hi this is a very good example of true leadership and team work as you have decided to reward the people who did exceptionally well in their field. Therefore, it is advisable that you can give him a salary increment, because this is the best gift that an employee can ever get. Or you can also provide him with some bonus for his work in the project or you can buy him a watch or some other accessary which would be useful to him

You can also arrange a special party for the success of project. You can also appreciate his work infront of all so that other employees can also be motivated to do hardwork. You can reward him in monetary terms by increasing his salary, providing extra bonus and in any other way. You can also promote him to higher position for rewarding him.
