    How to remove the cold war between two employees?

    I am the manager of a private company. Recently it has come to my notice that two of our efficient and hardworking employees is having cold war between them. I do not know the exact cause of it. What should I do to remove the cold war between them? Please share a solution.

The best thing you can do is that you call both of them in front of you and discuss about there problems with each other. Try to sort out things or reason due to which they are having such problems between them. See as a neutral person and as a manager it would be much easier for you to sort the problems between them. Ensure that at the end of the discussion you are able to do patch up between them. Make them understand that such things effects there capabilities and also effects there candidature for giving them much big responsibilities in spite of being very good employees.

    It seems both of them are intelligent too.They seem to be very logical.That is why they are not adjusting with each other.There is a proverb in English " only iron can cut iron".If the out put of both these employees are not affecting,you need not worry for the cold war going on in between them.You can not compromise them when they will be working together.You can do one thing.You can post them in different sections,if possible otherwise it is not harmful to you.The two persons with more or less equal intelligence can not be agree for each & every issue,resulting differences in between them.

    So need not worry much.

    Hi,

    As a manager , you must solve this problem.

    You can call them individually and talk to them about the cause of such behavior between he two.
    Take both the employees opinions on this matter.
    Ask them that is wrong for them as it may affect their efficiency and work.
    They must behave friendly with each other.

    Then you must call them together and discuss the matter.
    Ask them to become friends and sort this matter.
    Remove all the grudge they have between themselves.

    Friendly attitude helps everyone.

    To remove the cold war you need to say some lies to your both the employees.
    Suppose two employees are A and B so First you need to go A and say that B was saying that he is totally disturbed because he dont want to be the enemy of A and also he dont have any kind of complain to him as he just want to concentrate on work but he said that you dont want to end the war because it has been started by him, you need to twist the mind of A at that time and the same time you need to go to B and say the same things that you have said to A after that they will try to meet each other to solve the problem and that problem never exist again.

    When you have got information that there is a cold war going on between two efficient employees so this is your time that you become a very good manager and manage your personnel easily because if they will fight then your company and branch will get loss and loose image in market and performance of both of those employees will be effected on high level that may lead loss of the profit of the company so think about it and future of both of those employees and just start talking to them

    First you should call those employees to your office and ask for the reason that you have got information about fight going on between both of you so may I know the reason and start asking from both and let them answer in their own way and give chance to speak both person and if found that first one is correct and second is wrong in working or related to any other issue then you should try to solve this issue instantly and while talking to them you should be candid and modest in your behavior then only you should talk to them about it and if you will scold them then this may affect their behavior at that time so please talk peacefully and if they mention accurate reason about their fight then you must try to solve that issue and involve yourself in that because you are the manager

    After that make them understand that both of you are very precious employees for the company and we have created a very good atmosphere to work in this office and I do not want to make anyone disappointed in this so everyone should live peacefully and friendly because if you will fight then what about your job and performance so think about the future and just stop fighting like kids and shake hands to be the best employees

    It’s a very serious problem I am definitely sure that the reasons of their cold is their ego because previous you said that they are the senior employees of your company. Now what you have to do is that talk to both of your employee at the same place and said to both of them that due to your cold war our workplace environment will be effected. You both are the seniors persons of our company and if you both are doing this then the what would be the impression will going on the junior employees and they think about both of you and the company so it’s my request to you that please stop this type of stupidity right now..

    Cold war in the offices of the professional world are quite common. And if you want to remove the cold war between two employees, then first of all chose a specific special occasion and on that particular day try to sort out things with a glass of wine or champagne.
    Or in some office party, try arranging a dare or an event in which they both need to perform in such a manner that a bonding of trust should be necessary in that event. By this you can actually sort out the differences between the two

    hello,
    my first suggestion is to talk with them separately and ask them what is the problem regarding it and listen to the words said by them and find out a link where they went wrong.and find out the solution and you act acording to your plan to see them again in a normal mode.
    second suggestion is to talk with them face to face by ringing them together in your office or cabin and find out where the mistake is and try to get solution for it.
    if they dont listen then warn them that they will be fired and say them that its his final decision.

    So in order to get good performance and get everything on track you should try to find the cause of cold war between them.
    Talk to them separately, try to know what has made them to react this way.
    There may be small problem or issue which has lead to this cold war. Try to contact them un officially in non formal way. Once you have contacted both of them separately then plan for a dinner or lunch with both of them. In this meeting you could make both of them to end up their grudges by talking to each other.

    It is very nice of you that you want to resolve the problem between the employee.

    The cold war should be resolved as soon as possible if they do not cooperate then it will not be good for your company.

    According to me you should talk to both of the employees individually about the problem prevailing between them.

    You should get to know the starting point of the entire chaos between them.

    After getting to know the problem you can ask them to confront each other about the problem and resolve it.

    Since you are the Manager they are bound to listen to you.

    You can definitely solve if any misunderstanding prevail between them since you know the point of view from both the sides.
