How to reject a job offer since I got a better offer?

I am currently working in company x and got a good offer from company y and decided to accept the offer but before I could join I got a much better offer from company z. Now I am in a dilemma on how to reject company ys offer without them putting me on some kind of blacklist?

    Hi buddy

If you haven't yet accepted the offer of company y then you dont have to worry about anything. Dont day anything to them and they will automatically understand that you are not interested in taking up their offer. But if you go and refuse them blatantly then they will certainly blacklist you for future recruitments. But you should just not say anything and then they will not be so angry with you.

But if you have already accepted company y's offer but want to reject it now without making them annoyed, as you got a better offer from company z, then you should go to their office and explain them the whole thing. Tell them that you would have loved to take up their offer and work with them but just recently you got a better offer which willbe better for your future and thus cant accept theirs. You hope that they will understand you for taking such a decision.

I am sure the company y will not be annoyed with you and thus you would not get blacklisted. Good luck buddy and Thank you very much

    Hello friend...............

In my point of view if until you dont join in company y then nothing worry about it when they asked you to join you can say them that you getting better than this and you want join in z.But if you join in y then you have to tell all the details regarding this and secure them that you dont work here also you have to say some false statements regarding this to leave you .

    all the best.

    Thank you.
