    How to prepare Employee satisfaction questionnaire? What are the various points to be considered to prepare this?

    I am working as an HR Coordinator in one of the company. We have 500 employees in a company. Our HR has told us to prepare Employee satisfaction questionnaire to know the satisfaction level of the employees and also various reason of their dissatisfaction. I want to know how to prepare employee satisfaction questionnaire.

    Dear, asker you can adapt pilot survey(pre-test) method to know the employee satisfactory. In a ststitical survey,especially when a quetionnarie or schedule is used, the investigator should conduct a pilot survey and verify wheather the procedure to be adopted by him is efficient or not. Based on the experience of the pilot survey, he may introduce necessary changes in his procedures. He may alter ill-worded questions and makes necessary changes in the questionnarie.Pilot survey will reduce inconveniences and loss due to ill-worded questions, mininterpretation of questions, non response to question, etc.

    Hello sir,
    This thing is pretty common now a days and every company conduct this employee satisfaction test.there are many ways you can do that.
    1- made an open forum for all the employee where they can share feed back of individual project .
    2-have online chat sessions you can ask various qusetions same for the employees .
    3-make an employee grievance redressal portal where they will share all there problems.
    4-apart from this you can put a big white board in the most crowded area in the company where they will feel free to share there problem without mentioning their names
    5-have stress management sessions in your company then you will came to know how many people working there under pressure.
    these are the most common procedure follow to interact to the base with the employees and clear there problems.
