    HI,

if your are emotional that is very good trait. For controlling your emotion at work you need to focus on your work and learn all the task which is assigned to you.
If you will get all the knowledge of your work environment its easy to tackle the situation under pressure.

Because you get emotional only the task assigned to you is not able to perform by you.

    So make your self strong.

    Dear friend,
Don't be so sweet and emotional at your work. Remember the place where you work, is a professional place and there is no place for emotions and sentiments there. No one will pay any heed to your personal life and what matters here is the most is the profit and loss statement. Don't be an emotional fool, just think about your own performance before anything else. Work in a manner as if you have no strings attached to anyone. The more you will think in a practical manner the more you will focus on your work and will have less mental fatigue . To warn you friend, being emotional can prove to be very very dangerous for your professional career. Be wise and practical. Keep smiling and take care

    hi,
i can understand your problem. well being too emotional is natural. you should not blame yourself for this. try meditation and yoga that will help you to control your emotion. build up your confidence. this mostly happens when you have not interacted with lot of people with different nature. you must attend parties, functions , intearact with most of the people , build up your confidence. i am sure this will help you for sure.
    thanks

    Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for getting job.Being emotional is not so bad provided you control it.If you control your emotion, then there is nothing wrong otherwise it is a problem to you.

You should see the cause of emotion & result of showing emotion. When ever you get angry, you must see its consequent. The best way to control emotion is to keep yourself silent when others are talking to you. When they end it,realise what others told you & then to react politely.

GenerallyEmotion arises when one is saying something wrong to you or somethingelse & without his/her completion of talks, you started talking or saying something. The second reason is to get criticise by some one.If some one says that some body was abusing you,you may get emotion & be ready to ask that person, who may not accept. In this case, you should believe in direct seeing or direct hearing from some one & reply politely.

Hope the above tips will be useful to you.

    Thanks & good luck.
