    For how long in an individual career, do marks consider?

    Due to many reasons the educational career of some does not perform well but they proof better managers in future. For starting career I understand the marks do take advantage but for how long in a professional career do marks taken on consideration in judging a candidate?

    Dear you have raised a very good question which is compulsory in the life of every aspirant who wish to get the job on the basis of marks and for all freshers and we are glad to answer you about this

    If you want to get the job on the basis of good marks in your academic classes then it's good and you may get the job on the basis of marks in various companies but not for more than 3 times if you change the job very early in every company means if you get the job and you work there for 5 months then you will apply for another job then new company will see your marks in degree and in other classes and you may take the advantage of your marks in same situation but not more than 3 times because when you go for any other job in any company then they will see your profile and will definitely see your marks but they will prefer your experience what you have collected in various companies during your job because they thinks that you have got everything which is compulsory for a employee in the job so that they will not see your marks there, they will see your experience, your working profile and feedback of previous companies and if you stay candid at every situation then only you will get the job so that finally marks does never helps always means marks are not everything in the life to get some different and huge achievements and that is why every person should be aware that he must experience the job and experience the life then the person becomes best and having outstanding marks in every class will work nothing to achieve something

    I really appreciate you for posting this question.Marks is essential for getting admission in a good college and study subject of your choice.While any interview your marks in graduation or post graduation will only reflect the consistency in your performance level.If you analyse the interview process,you will find it is divided into a number of segments.Out of 100% ,60% is for one to one conversation that is viva,20% for past records of marks and experience,and rest 20% for confidence,body language,presentation etc.So,here also,marks will only plays a small role.When you are into a job of ny type,it is your hard work that matters most.Marks only opens the door to get into something,the next procedures of carrying it forward is attributed only by hard work,passion,discipline,experience,honesty and vision.Here marks has got no role to play at all.That is why,an average student can also be a good manager if he/she has the above mentioned qualities in him.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Marks is the base to get admission for higher education in a reputed college/Institutes.If you have good marks in 10th exam,you can get admission in one of the topmost educational Institutions ind marks in India.Like that if you have good marks in 12th class,you can get admission in any topmost college for graduation course.

    Also certain percentage of marks are fixed as a criteria as a eligibility to apply for further/higher education.

    But during your professional career,It does not matter for your promotion benefits.Once you joined any job,you will be considered for promotion on the basis of education,performance & length of service.So you need not worry & continue your work/study with full enthusiasm & devotion.

    You are right friend, for starting a career u need good marks but when you are into a job , everybody judge your work and if you are good in that everybody will forget your secured marks in exams.
    Look it is because even if your are a good student in your college or i say in your qualification and you are not producing good work in a company where you are working as an employee , your marks will not going to help you. After 1-2 yr you will have work experience in that field and that experience will matter a lot in your further professional career.

    Dear Friend marks are very important while talking about someones academic knowledge level. But for how long it will be considered in someones career depends on the organisation, its goals and objectives.
    But frankly speaking dear friend, marks only speak about a persons text book knowledge. But it doesnt talk about his/her practical knowledge, their skills, abilities and attitude. Scoring good marks doesnt always helps, but if we do what we are good at, thats what helps. If you have watched the movie 3 idiots, you might have seen that Amir Khan tells his friends to do what we are good at and not what others want us to do. This way we will excel in what we like to do and also can place ourselves in a better position. So I think marks do not play a big role in someone career, but their ability, experience, skills and attitude do. But I would also say that it is considered if you are a fresher, since there is nothing else to judge your knowledge.
    Todays recruiters do not look for rank holders. They just look for the right person for the right job. If they want a confident person with good communication skills, they will not look for a person who is a rank-holder, who cannot even utter a word. Instead they will look for a person who is confident, active and filled with life.
    The recruiters will not be bothered about your marks if you are an experienced person. They will only ask questions relating to your experience, what you do on a daily basis in your office, if you know all the details about the technical and managemental aspects of your profession. So it think the candidate has to worry about what he/she is doing or how much he/she knows about her profession rather than worried about what they had done in their academics.
    So I finally say that marks will be only considered only in the initial stages say 1-2 years. Then they will be only bothered about your experience.
