    How to identify a candidate who has fake certificates along with fake offer letter of any company?

    I am HR and take care of recruitment in one of the MNC Company. We take 10-20 interviews every day. And we check their certificates and offer letter provided by them. How to identify a candidate who has fake certificates along with fake offer letter of any company?

    The only way to check this is either you hire some outside agency who specialise in such kind of work.
    But they charge money for each candidates.


    Other way is that you have to personally verify all the documents.
    As far as company experience or Offer Letter is concerned, you can always call the HR of the candidates previous company and verify the facts
    This can be done by just phone call.

    But about degrees this cannot be done through phone calls as for checking this you need to get in touch with college registrar or exams cell head.

    You can ask about :

    The contact number's and address of there previous employees.

    Similarly you can also ask for the contact numbers and address of there college departments HOD.

    You can also look on the websites of those places and can verify/find contact information's.

    hello sirthis is very important to you check the certificates provided by a candidate.first of all you should take interview as without thinking that certificate or offer letter is fake.if you agree with candidate in behaviorworking strategyor in his manner then you should ask him /her to submit the background documents likehis living certificatefamily detailscompany details of the offer letter etc.after this you can check it through RTI act by given mandatory fees.thanks
