    How to help a woman employee who is harassed orally at her client place?

    We are consulting call Raj Manohara Consulting. We provide staff on contrary basis to various clients like IBM, Cisco, and Wipro etc… Recently we had deployed one of the female candidates to our clients place called Siemens. Few days back I got this news from one colleague that one of our women candidates is orally harassed at her client place. She did not tell anything as she is working on contract. How can we help that woman in our client place? Please suggest

    Dear Aspirant,

    First of all,confirm the news with the concerned woman employee.

    If she is really seffering,you can say the facts to the client & enquire of reason for doing so.

    knowing the fact,You can request not to harass her,but with permission of that employee.

    You can do one more thing.

    You can arrange her job elsewhere.

    It is good that you care for your candidates.

    But as the candidate hasn't complained about this you can't do anything.

    You can contact that employee and ask that if she is comfortable with her work,if complaints you than on behalf of that you

    can contact the company and discuss the matter with them.

    Hi. It is very nice of you to try and help that woman employee of yours. It is a gentlemanly gesture. You should definitely do something about this as all woman should be given respect and treated with care.

    First of all you should try to find out who is harassing the woman and how much he troubles her and what all does he say to her. Try to find out as much evidence as possible against him and also try to gather eyewitnesses.

    Then you should call the culprit to your office along with the woman and tell him about his mistake. If not possible to call him to your office then complain to the higher authorities .

    Whatever you do take strict action against him . He should learn his lesson and never repeat this in future. Either remove him from that place and transfer him to another or even terminate his services.

    Also make him apologize to the woman in front of the whole office.

    Harassment is severely punished in workplace

    If the women is not telling the problem , you can help her to report to the HR regarding this issue

    Surely severe actions will be taken irrespective of contract or permanent employees

    Safety and security of the employee is highly considered because

    That determines company's standards and name

    If the company doesn't take any action its better to resign the job

    Job security is very very important

    Dear friends as you are ready to help a women who is recruited by the consultancy newly and she is harassed by the clients orally.though she did not reply anything as she recruited contractually.

    You all can go to place and raise your voice stop absconding you can not do this.you should know she is woman has the respect whatever you like ask noemally,and she will give you answer.so you stop otherwise you know now a days' there are district consumer court on which she can complain about your harassment to an innocent women.thus we must help her.

    First of all I would like to salute you. Its very nice that you are trying to help out your women employee who is even not sitting at your location. You just go ahead with your thinking as it is very necessary now to take some action against those persons who never respect the women.

    To proceed with it positively you have to gather as much evidence as possible against culprit and also try to get in touch with eyewitnesses.Once you have these evidences with you, call him to your office and ask him about that. If he is accepting his mistake and feel apologies, then take some strict action against him. After this only, he and other male employees of the company will learn the lesson and never repeat this in future. You can take any action against him whatever you want like transferring him, give a termination letter etc.

    If he ignored that I have not done anything, she is lier, then ask the higher authorities to take some action against him and also send those evidences to higher authorities.

    Great buddy , hats off to your kindness .If the employee really needful help form external side then you shoul go for it , but if the candidate hasn't complained about this you can't do anything.On the other side you can contact that employee and ask that if she is comfortable at her job and if she complaints you then on behalf of that you
