    How to get rid of an employee who has an excuse for everything?

    When we hired the employee he seemed to be a very good candidate but after 6 months with the company he has become the thorn to everybody’s side and drums up excuses for his neglected work at the drop of his hat. What is the best way to get rid of him?

    Hi............,

    What must you should do----->
    * Provide him a letter of violating rules.
    * If needed warn him for his activity.
    * Punishment like salary cut, facility cut can be done as per need.
    * Still if he is not as per rules then tell him to leave the job.
    * Hope this will work.
    * Remember that you must try both carrot and stick rule not just one .

    Hello !!!

    call him ans ask what is the problem with him.
    also praise him by saying that you were the brilliant employee during your fresh working period but it seems that your brilliancy is disapperaing day by day.
    also ask him to share the problem he is facing in the office if any.
    and make him understand that his activity might makes him out of the company so just improve his attitude.
    if he is really brilliant person than he will understand it.
    and he will try to make his personality as it was before.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Your concerned employee might be suffering from psychological problem.Issue a memo asking to submit his explanation for not performing his duty well.Seeing the explantion,he may be issued certain guidlines to complete the works in time.If he does not care it ,he be issued a warning letter containing that if you don't improve your performance,the management has no any other way except to terminate you.In spite of that,if he continues the same thing,he may be terminated from his service.

    But,he may be enquired for going down in his performance orally & peacefully without creating any fear so that he could express his causes,before giving any thing in writing to him.

    Hope you will find way to get rid of the problem.
