    How to get a job in Research and Development in the filed of Software as a fresher? How should I make myself to be prepare for it?

    I want to get a job in Research and Development (R&D) in Software field, Can you tell me how to get it as a Fresher? How should I make myself to be prepare for it? What are the qualities needed for it?

    As getting a job in well and reputed R&D companies is very competitive.
    --R&D Stands for The research portion of R&D refers to the investigation and experimentation stage of creating a new product or improving an existing product.
    --The development portion is the process of designing and testing the effectiveness of the new product or product improvement.
    --to get a job in this field you must be clear these skills:-• Good Programming & debugging skills in ---java
    -JSP
    -Servlets
    -EJBA
    -jax
    -Eclipse is must.
    ->>Experience in Telecom is Preferred.
    ->>Good communication and writing skill is a must.

    Research and development is field for experienced programmers as you must have an in depth
    knowledge of the area you are working in.
    If you like research and want to brush up your skills than you can apply for project fellow positions
    in various universities like IITs and many more ,this will help you to increase your thinking and researching
    skills.Having done projects can help you in finding a place in R&D.
