How to get experience letter if i did not serve my notice period? What action can be taken against me?

hello sir/madam,i was working with a company for over a year.but from last some months the financial condition of company was not good.so,i searched a new job,but my new recruiter asked me join within 1 week.so i requested my old company to relieve me after 1 week,but they didnt(according to company norms notice period is 1 month).now i have joined new organization.although i did appreciable work in my old company yet they send me mail regarding F & F,that they would not provide me relieving and my F&F would not be processed.i am ready for deduction in my salary but i really need my relieving and experience.I am really afraid of my future. Please guide me whether i can get my relieving and experience letter or not and how it is possible.i also want to know what further action can take my company against me.

simply talk to the HR of your old company and say that circumstances forced you to quit early.be ready to pay any monetary fine,they may ask, but do not speak about it too soon.If things do not work out, you may say that you are ready to be fined for mot serving notice period.

I think getting F&F would be more difficult.
