How to get back my money after the deal is canceled?

I purchased a land from Sudarshan Realcom private Limited in order to build up a Reliance Trendz show room. But government planned to build up a road which was passing straight through my land. So I just cancelled the deal and claimed for money. They said that in a compensation they will provide a flat fit for a show room. It is on the second floor and I am afraid it will attract customer's attention. So I rejected their offer and they are not showing any interest in returning my money. I want to file a case against them but do not have idea of how to proceed with it.

    Dear Aspirant,

Your situation is very critical.Since you have already purchased a land, the seller has nothing to do with it.It is the kindness of the seller to give you compensation by providing you a flat on the second floor. At the time of selling, the land was clear from any proposal to pass a road through the related land & you were satisfied,so you purchased the land.

Now,you will be paid the cost of the land used for passing the road by the govt.as per the govt.rate.
So it would be wise to accept the offer of the seller to receive a flat.

If you consult a lawyer, the matter will be sued & you may be a looser of the case.

    Thanks & good luck.

This is really done unfair with you,
Sudarshan Realcom pvt. is responsible, now this is their duty to give money back to you.
If there is no response from them,
Firstly you should write a Notice to
Sudarshan Realcom private Limited, requested them to give money back and keep a copy of it.
Wait for a week for their response,if your notice does not effect on them,Then You should complaint and report a file under section 420 act.
    good luck.

Dear if government administration has decided to build a road that will pass your land then you may do nothing in this case but if you have paid amount of your land to the second party then you are eligible to claim for your money back from that party because according to your deal that party was responsible to provide you land which they shown you before any decision of the government and you signed and took their sign too on the deal so you are in legal case and will be able to claim for your money back

First of all you should remember that if you go to court then it will take a long process so you should try to handle this situation by talking to all those people who were involved in the deal and mainly you should talk to the owner who was responsible for that deal and ask them for their promise and also keep your argument in front of them that if I will start my showroom then it will not be good for the customers because you are trying to provide me flat at second floor that is not good for the customers so you should think about my showroom and it's place and request them to provide you your money back within 15 days because you have nothing to do with any place that is not according to your requirement so they may understand your situation

If they do not take any interest then you must hire any trusted or family lawyer or find out any expert one who is very good in this type of cases and mention your entire story in front of the lawyer and request him to help you and get your money back so lawyer will help you and file a case against that party and be careful in this situation and do not loose your confidence because you are from legal side and you will win that case in the court and I am sure that decision of the court will be in your favor but remember that you have to bring all the documents and proofs about that properly or deal because that are mandatory to present in the court

    All the best
