    Hi,

Just take the following points :

    1) First set up your Goals & Objectives for the year

    2) Explain about the project you worked up on

    3) Tell about your roles and responsibilities in the project in detail

    4) Tell about your significant achievements in your career

    5) Also tell about certifications, awards you won in any contest

    6) Talk about your work and support for your team performance in completing the work

    Thanks !!!!
