How does company keep the track of sales? Whether all product are sold or not?

I work as a salesman executive in Pepsico Company. I get my commission and salary correctly. I want to know how the company keeps a track of sales done by salesman to different shop. How will they come to know whether the entire product is sold or not?

The actual sales done by a company is recorded under direct sale either through retailers or salesmen. So inorder to keep track of the sales a company records its direct sales and the revenue received from those sales. Whether all the produced products are sold or not is not the main concern of the company, what matters is whether the revenue received is covering the production cost or not. After every phase of production a company decides how much quantity to produce depending on the demand of the previous phase of production. Therefore the company can determine the quantity of products sold by analysing the demand for the product through various outlets, retailers and salesmen.

hello friendas the selling is prime moto of every company.company holds all data and records of sales and it find out all revanue and incomes through selling its products.every company 's employees want that if sell will increase then their commission and incentives will increase automatically.a employee of sales should sell all products those are available in market.so keep rollingthanks
