    -How to do time management effectively?

    I am doing two job simultaneously. One is online job and the other is the professional job in the private sector. The pressure is building on me day by day and I am unable to manage time effectively. Can anyone suggest me how to do time management effectively?

    I can understand your work load.You have to utilise 24 hrs in such a way that after handling these two jobs,you get some time for sleep.You have not mentioned your work schedule.So I am assuming that you go to office at around 9:30 in the morning,work till 6 at office and come back home at around 7:30.After coming back,you need some time for refreshing yourself so that you can start with your online job.You can make a plan of your online work,during your lunch break at office.A list of work that needs to be done,if planned earlier will make your job easy.But you must finish your online work by 12:30 am.Dont stay awake after that.If that fetches you a little less money ,then also it is fine.Your health is essentially important than these jobs.You need atleast 7 hours of sleep at night,so that you can stay fit.

    When you are doing two jobs simultaneously you should certainly be aware of the art of time management otherwise it can lead to disastrous consequences and create a lot of trouble for you. Firstly you should have confidence in yourself that you can manage these two jobs simultaneously. If you don't have the confidence then its better that you leave the online job and concentrate fully on your full time job in the private sector. That will be the best for you.

    But if you realy have the confidence of doing both the jobs simultaneously then you should better learn to manage your time. For effective time management you should first divide your day into various modules of small duration and try to complete all the tasks in a particular module on time. Then also relax for a while in between two modules so that you feel reenergized and are able to give your best in the subsequent module. Also make sure that you don't waste any time and give youer 100% to your work. You should do your work with full dedication and then I am sure that you will be able to mange your time effectively. Don't let your main job suffer and keep your performance in your company upto the mark as that is very imporatnt for your success.
