    How to do monthly performance review in a company?

    I am working as a coordinator in an organization. Every month they do performance review. And on that basis they provide us yearly appraisal. I want to know how they do that. How they do monthly performance review in a company and what are the measures to do that?

    It depends upon company to company

    Some of the common criteria's that a company take into consideration are:

    Time management
    Technical Knowledge
    Creativity
    Decision making skills
    Problem solving skills
    Adaptability and flexibility
    Also they can ask colleagues related with you about your work
    Your behavior and ethics

    Hi friend,
    Performance reviews happened in some companies monthly and some bi-monthly. They will consider every task done by you into account in terms of time of delivery,quality of delivery etc.

    They will consider for appraisals
    *Whether you are punctual or not
    *You reached your dead lines are not
    *You are a team player or not
    *adaptability and flexibility etc.

    They will set some goals for every financial year. Based on your goals achievement they will give you appraisal.
