    How do I evaluate my effectiveness as a trainer in the company?

    Whenever I am given the task of teaching a new process to the employees I feel that I am not able to explain them properly. They have too many questions which I find not able to answer and I have a feeling that they go to other people to answer their queries. I know I know everything but I am not able to convey. How do I measure my effectiveness as a trainer in the company?

    hello,
    -->practice in front of mirror
    --> practice with your friends in a group
    you have a problem of conveying so that will be improved only by practicing. you need to be confident, presentable. try to search more about the topic every time. this way you can always answer the questions. and practice, tr7y to talk to them, interact with them, this will make you more comfortable with them. i am sure this would help. try to see the videos on internet of presentations.

    Hello there !!!

    first of all i will suggest you to be confident and bold while you are delivering the speech.
    no matter you are giving the wrong speech but be bold and confident.
    when you are speaking , speak in such a way that your wrong conception also seems to
    be valid.
    but here i am not telling to to speak wrong. i am just telling you about the confidence in you. ok?
    so, if a employees ask you the question than it don't mean that they are not satisfied with you.
    it might happen that they are expecting more than what you have delivered.
    also, don't always think negative.
    because thinking negative will surely push you toward the negative side of the life.
