How to decide if two companies have filled the same clause in the tender?

The boss has temporarily asked to check as to which companyís tender will be accepted since the concerned official is absent for a week. Among all the tenders submitted,I can find two tenders with the same clause and they are the best and should be accepted. Now I am confused as to which companyís tender will be accepted. Please help.

    hi
if you are having such a problem with two companies, then you should pass on the tender to the company on the other basis.
Like in past, which company has proved its worth to you and with which companies your relations have been at a better hand comparatively.
By checking through these parameters, you can decide that in which company you can give your tender to.
    Gud luck
