    How to deal with the extra burden loaded on to me without any salary hike?

    I am working in MNC. Recently one of the worker was fired due his carelessness. So manager told me to manage work of that job position till a new employee is recruited. A month has passed but there was no new recruitment. I asked to increase my pay for this over time. Manager said that this help me to get promoted so I should not be hesitated to do it. What should I say to him in return?

    Hi
    You just need to stay calm and focus no your work that you have been assigned for and make sure that you give your 100% effort in it. If.you'll do this, your efforts will be monitored by your boss and he will definitely give you a hike in the salary.
    Moreover you should also remind your boss all the extra work that you do for the day. It'll help.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Being employee in a pvt.company,you must be very obedient in your professional career.You may get benefit of early promotion due to being faced the present work burden.Since the manager is assuring you to be benefited later,you must have patience to work hard.

    Though,You may not have another option of your career presently,it is better to have patience & work efficiently.You may try for better job while working here & if you get better job in respect of your designation,work culture & salary,you may quit this job,if you are not satisfied in the present employment.

    There may be problem every where,but the problem may be different.It is wise to face the problem & manage the situation.

    understand that you are a good and hard worker in your company and it was already recognized by your manager and you are in his mind for getting promotion too.This is the right time to show your talent and skills to fulfill your works in time. exhibit your workman skills and maintain good relation with your manager. Maintain good coordination with your fellow employees also. If you fellow in such a way you will be shined in your company shortly.Do not always ask your manager for your salary hike that seems to be awkward. He will certainly promote as promised as and when the time comes. Wait for the good time. All the best

    If you think that you are working on a higher position then you should ask the boss that , person who was working previously was getting the more salary and now you are also doing his work as well as yours then technically you should get the more salary than that person, at least you should get the same salary he was getting.
    If your boss say that he will recruit the new employee for that position then you will be relieved then you should say that you are working on the same position from very long time and till the time your salary is not increased.
    If he not take any action then write a letter to the general manager that you are not satisfied with the salary as you are handling two positions and also doing overtime daily.
    And also demands for the promotion as you are doing the work of senior person at the moment.
    After that you should start finding the new job at higher position, if you get the offer letter at the higher position then just ask again for the promotion letter if they are not going to give you that then write a resignation on the spot and give the 1 month notice period.
    After that i am sure they will increse your salary and your position as well because till the time they have not hired the senior person .
    If they will lose you then nobody will work at that position.
    If they say that wait for some days then ask for the letter of increment and promotion then only stay in that company other wise simply leave the job thats it.

    Dear you have asked for hikes in the salary for your over time and your manager promised you that this experience will help you in getting promoted for any higher designation so first of all you should try to accept your manager because your manager is right and if he said then he will be on his argument but if you wants to reply him then you may ask for new recruitment of any other employee to work on that designation because if company hires a new employee then he/she will manage the extra burden of your work and you will be free from your tensions and pressure that is on you but try to understand current situation because your manager also is in pressure that is why he thought that only you can do that work so he selected you for that work and I am sure that if you perform better in this situation also then you will get what you deserve for means this will help you in being promoted for a new post and rank in the company so try to manage everything

    If there is any person in your touch who could manage that work and having experience of working then you can request your manager about him and say that if you allow then I have a person who can easily manage this work and complete without any problem so if company allow then I can bring that person and if you will take any friend in the company then it will be good for you and you will make very good impression in front of the boss

    Hi friend,

    I think this is simple
    You can going late for office
    You can tell the your problem to boss
    You can demand to give a extra payment for extra duty
    Your boss not responding you don't do the extra work
    You can tell the i have done extra burden for work
    So i have expect extra payment
