How to create a code of conduct for using mobile camera in the office premises?

I work as an HR in HP BPO Company. Most of the people are using mobile camera in office premises and take photos as and when they want to do it. Now a day it has increased a lot. I want to control this situation. Can anybody tell the way to create code of conduct for using mobile camera in the office premises?

    Hi

You work as a HR in your company.

So you bave to knowladge about the terms and conditions

    Of a BPO companys.

In any BPO company the main rule is to not to use any

Employee a cell phone on the floor.

No one can authority to keep mobile with him/her on floor.

Its aginst the quality criteria of bpo system.

You can arreng the lockers for them to keep their phones safe.

So tell them its a rule and awoide all the things.

    Hi friend

As you are an HR you certainly have enough power to tell your employees what is wrong and what is right for them..They will certainly listen to you i am sure and will follow your advice..So what you should do is to gather all your employees and tell them that you have recently noticed an excessive use of mobile cameras in the office and you want this use to be curtailed as much as possible especially during the working hours as any distraction will certainly hamper the work performance of the employees ..You dont want such things like mobile cameras to be used excessively and for no good reason..

Tell them to only use the cameras when absolutely necessary and resist using it otherewise..Those employees who dont follow this can be punished as well..

I am sure they will follow your orders and will certainly decrease the use of mobile camera in the office..You will surely notice a change..Otyherwise punish them by either taking their mobiles away when they enter the office and only giving it to them when they leave or during lunch..Or you can decrase their salary and later on increase when the improve or still better fine them for the same..

    Good luck

Hi, In many of the private firms, employees are not allowed to carry mobile phones on the floor. However, there are few companies which do allow their employees to carry their mobile phones on the floor, but have restrictions on taking calls and taking photographs there. It's actually very simple as you just need to include this point in the employment letter of all the employees so that the message could be conveyed to everyone in the very beginning. In case, you will not be able to include this in the employment letter at the moment, you can always float a mail to every employee regarding this rule. Also, if you find anyone taking photographs on the floor, take away their mobile phones. This would ensure that they do not repeat the offence again. Thanks
