How to convey to your boss that you want to leave this job as you are not satisfied with the behaviour of the management with the employees?

I am working in a small private firm. Our boss is a very nice person but I am really upset with the behaviour of the management towards the employees as they treat the employees very badly. I really want to leave this job now as I am fed up of this. How should I convey this to my boss?

    Hi,

It is not difficult to convey this message to your boss.
If the management of the company is not good towards the employees.
Then you must report about it to your boss.
The employees must b treated well with respect.
They are the backbone of the company.
If the employees are not happy, they will not be able to work well.
And as the case may be they can leave the job.

You must talk to your boss and tell him that it is unfair and difficult to work there.
    He will surely understand you.
And if he insist you to stay then you can give resignation letter.

And make sure that you have another job or you will get another job as soon as you leave this one.
Then only leave this job otherwise it will create problem for you.
So, take any step carefully towards the job leaving decision.

    All the best

You can write a resignation letter to the HR department of the company and get it sighned to your boss first to convey your feelings about the working environment and behaviour of the management and employee.
Just see the letter given below-
    To
    The HR manager
    XYZ company

    SUB- LETTER OF RESIGNATION.

    Date
    Sir/madam
I have been working in this organization from past - years and i am not satisfied with the working environment of the company and the behaviour of the management and the employee is not good as per my views.
So i have decided to give resignation because of that as i am not satisfied with the organization behaviour towards me.
    Name-
    Employee code-
    Designation-
    Working from-
It is the worst experience while working in this company because whenever any kind of help required then no one either employee or management helped me to complete the task.
I have also suffered alot due to money crisis in this company because i have never got the increment after the completion of more than a year in the company.
There is also no motivation from the superiors regarding the work.
So that its my last decision to leave this organization as i am completely dissatisfied with the company.
So as per the company rules i am giving the one month notice period before leaving, so i want to clear all my dues and require the clearance after the completion of the notice period.
Kindly consider my prayer i will be very thankful to you.
    Yours faithfully
    XYZ
    Thank you.
Give this letter to the boss and get it signed if after this your boss ask you stay then never stay over there because they will again do such kind of behaviour with you so you need to find the another job after this, so i will suggest you to find the job and then resign because the place you like to work will never be this place as management is also not supporting the employees.
