How to come back into my bossís good books after we met with an accident due to my mistake?

I am working in a MNC. Few days back my boss wanted to go urgently somewhere. As his driver was on leave that day and he himself was not feeling well, he asked me to drive for him. But unfortunately we met with an accident due to my mistake and since then he is very angry with me. What to do so as to get back into his good books?

    Dear Aspirant,

It is the human being who has to face some good time & bad time.Since you were driving,it is quite natural to understand that you met with an accident due to some mistake for which you are accepting.Since your boss is angry upon you since that day,it seems some financial loses have incurred due to accident, because if the financial loses are compensated, the mood changes. So if it is so,try to compensate the loses to your boss.If it is not so,apologize with your mistake for which you met an accident.Try to convince by saying that it was not my intention to meet & hurt you with the accident, but it was unfortunate to meet the accident.Since then I am always worrying for the same & I can forget the incident if you excuse me.

Hope your boss may be agree & excuse you.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hi,
Ohh...This is very crucial time for you because people treat their vehicle as an important thing. But as human make mistake, so just be sorry in front of your boss and accept your mistake about the accident.
And give for best/hard work to come in boss's good books and i am pretty sure that after few days/months your boss will forgot about this incident. Because normally its human nature that things which happen in our life in days...we remember and thought about it. But as the time passes we come back on our same mound.
So be cool and focus on your work, things automatically get well soon.
    Thanks

    Hello Friend,

Accident do happen all the time while driving our car. All human is prone to make mistakes and you are not an exception. You should talk to your boss and say to him that your are extremly sorry for what has happend. You should also ask forgiveness from him. I do believe this will cool the ice. In the mean time you should put more effort on your work and learn to drive car from any professional institutes.

Time is the best healer but you too should be more careful while driving a car. First impression is the last impression you have to work very hard to get back into your boss good book. But fortunately you can rectify your mistake by putting extra effort on your work at office.

    Bye,
