    How can I create a positive attitude in slow season of sale among my sales team?

    The field in which my company is running has some peak seasons as well as some slow sales seasons. During the latter times my sales team so becomes so lethargic in performing that I neither can scold them nor can do anything else. Please tell me how I can create a positive attitude during such situations.

    If your company has some slow reason in sales field then this is not the problem of your all employees because they are doing their work and performing their duties on time and if you are not getting target or not getting positive response from the employees then first of all you should try to manage the company well because until you will provide all facilities and good atmosphere to work, employees will be unable to achieve any type of target in sales and your company is working in a field that is not so easy to earn profit at present time because there are so many competitors are there in the market and in such situation, if you will not create a good environment and attitude then you will definitely get loss in the job and in the company and this will not be accepted by you that is why before saying anything to employees, you should try to improve all the sales reasons and know that cause that why company is behind than others in sales area and if you got success in finding the actual cause that why company is legging behind then you should try to remove that

    If you are at junior post then you must try to share this problem with higher authorities in the company and ask for help because if you will not provide a very good attitude to the sales team then they will be unable to provide you better performance in the work so first make your attitude well to all the employees and if possible then try to motivate your all sales executives and provide increment in the salary then they will not be lethargic in the company and will work well for the profit of the company and if anyone achieves the target of sales during the off season of sales then you must give more incentives and hikes in the salary so that he/she could work more for the company
