    How can I claim for error amount?

    I was promised to pay the asked salary of 15000 when I joined that on my completion of P.B period my salary will be increased from 13000 to 15000.But its been a year no payment for error amount has been made. What shall I do?

    You have the following option available for you

    1.Request your employer to give you the promised amount by reminding about the promise which they have made and the work you have done for the company.

    2. Leave this job and compliant to the labour officer or go to a civil court or a labour court.

    3. With out leaving the job sent them a letter asking for the amount.

    In my opinion it is better you choose the 1st option and go head with your good work.

    Dear Aspirant,

    In order to get your error amount of payment,you must ask the official concerned who promised to pay you higher pay after completion of the probation period.You should see that whether you were given it in writting or you were orally promised ro get the enhanced amount.If you were promised orally to give you higher pay,you can't do much except either you have to search for another job or you have to be satisfied with your present pay.

    So see the matter carefully & procced accordingly.

    hello friend
    this is very inproper to the corporate rules.
    if you are promissed to 15000 thousands rupees and still you are not getting the mentioned selary then you must be talk to finance department.
    a employer will assist you definitely over this issue.
    because this may happen due to improper data feeding at joinig time so must be clear it with your employer.

    Dear questioner:as per your job condition/agreement/advertisement you will get rs.13000/-for the probation period.when you passed your probation period you will paid as rs.15000/-pm.now you have crossed your probation period but the company is paying error amount rs.13ooo/-.now you act as:

    1.first you collect your certificate that you have completed your probation period successfully and accordingly from this day you will get the status of permanent employee.

    2.after getting this certificate you claim for agreed salary along with copy of confirmation letter.

    3.yet,if you are not paid you can ask the reason,if the reason is not satisfactory to you,then you can contact with nearest branch of consumer complaints india about the compensation for speedy recovery or you can do complain to labour court.

    Dear Friend!

    I would suggest you to meed company's concern department if you have got about it in written letter by the company. And ask them why did they do with you. There may be you got error salary due to accountant or HR mistake. If this issues is not by them and they are not providing you your correct salary. Leave job immediately and complain in labour court or civil court against company.

    Dear Friend,

    In such cases, you must produce your employment letter to your HR and discuss the matter with him. In case he dosenot support you, you can go to the higher officials. But in case, nothing works out I will suggest you to look for another job and switch the company. Only after that you must go to the labor court. But rememeber, No one will be able to help you in case you dont produce anything in written. The company officilas can discard your request and may prove you wrong on the basis of company policy. So before making any steps , ensure you have a back up for urself.
