How can I breach of a Contract?

I am working in a charitable hospital as a senior doctor. At the time of joining, I had a bond of two years. Now after working for one year, I got the government job 7 I want to leave my previous job. What should I do to exempt myself to give the bond money of 2 lakhs?

    Hello Friend !!

A Bond is made so that you will work for a long period.

If you want to break the Bond then you have to pay the amount to the Organization or Hospital as per the Bond Agreement.

I think, all these are discussed with you at the time of Joining.

So, there is no way to exempt the Fine.

If you have political background, then try to involve them in this issue.

This may decrease the payable amount to break the bond.

But do not expect the total amount to be exempted.

Other way is, make a strong reason to postpone the joining date in the new hospital.

I think this may help you.

    Good Luck !!

    Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for getting a govt. job.

In order to exempt of depositing the bond money of Rs 2.0 lack, you have to give the notice period as per the terms & conditions of your appointment letter to the management. To my mind, the bond is tobe fulfilled either by giving the notice period of 1 to 3 months or you will have to deposit the amount in liew of that.If it is not so,request with the official concerned in govt.to give time as per requirement to join in the govt job.

If you are not not succeeded, you will have to deposit the bond money.

So try as above & proceed further.

    Thanks & good luck.

Re: How can I breach of a Contract?

Hi..Firstly i think you certainly should not try to breach the contract..It is highly illegal and you certainly will be punished for it either legally or you have to pay a huge compensation for the same..

I know as you have got a good job opportunity you dont want to miss this chance and such chances do come rarely in a person's lifetime..So you have to be on the lookout for such chances and when they come do grab them by the collar..

But in your case it is different as you have already signed a two year contract with the institution in which you are working now..So you should have thought of this before and not have chose to do such a job which bound you for 2 years..

But now i dont think you should take any wrong steps and get yourself in trouble..Either you pay a fine of Rs 2 lakh if you think your new job is worth it ..

Or there is one option..You do something great which will help your hospital authorities take notice of your talent..It should be something miraculous so that after that you can make your request to them and maybe they will agree then..Try to impress them which is the only way out..

Take your decision wisely and dont attempt anything illegal..

    Good luck.. Thanks

    Hello there,

    >> Sorry but you are not allowed to breach a contract nor can I teach you to do so.
    >> You can be put in court if found guilty.
    >> What you can do is to request a resignation from the place where you are currently employed at.
    This is the only option.

    Good luck
