    How can a HR judge the performance of one employee who is working in different field from the knowledge of HR?

    A HR is a student of Human Resource Management who also knows the back office job along with operations work. But for deciding the performance level and judging it how can she/he be capable if an employee is working for another profile which is unknown by the HR candidate?

    Dear aspirant,

    Remember the work of a judge in a court of law.How the judgement is made by the judge?It is on the basis of plea,debate,proof from the either sides.Like wise the HR has the ability to judge a employee working in other section.See there is an incharge officer of each & every section & over all incharge of whole units.The HR gets report from the individual incharge of a section.She/he prepares a comparative statement of all the remarks for all the employees working there.

    Accordingly the HR comes to conclusion about any employees whether they are good for award & promotion or not.accordingly the employees are given promotion,award etc.
