    Hi,

Yes, you body language will be part of your attitude, your character... etc
Just think... whnever you wear a normal shirt and trouser- how you feel and whenever you wear a good quality shirt with a good fitting trouser and shoes- how you feel...

    there are certainly some difference....
Your body language is like love at first sight.... you should be bold...at an interview every corner is judged... even some companies have camaras at the hall where you are waithing for the interview... they watch your body language, interactions, behaviours etc... they have to take these into consideration while selecting any candidates..

hence what ever your freinds are saying is correct... you have to learn about good body language...

    good luck.

It is good that you are hardworking student and know the value of hard work, but good body language is one of the important characteristic in the

    professional world.

Body language includes your facial expression, your hand eye coordination, body posture, your tone in speech etc.

Body language is important as by it one can see the enthusiasm and confidence of the person.

It also shows its effect when you speak, this can be a cause of major difference in an ordinary and an impressive performance.

As many a times you will need to give presentations and at that times these things can effect your presentations in huge way.

Also the posture shows your attentiveness and also show your health, having loose postures give very bad impression in front of interviewers.

It shows that your lack of confidence and also it may cause interviewer to thing that you are not fit for the job in spite of having a good knowledge as

they require employees that are full of energy so that they can work for long hours.

So body language is an ability that adds to your knowledge and skills so that you can present what you have in a much better way.
