    How can being an employer check the background of an employee if his previous employer has shut down the company?

    Background check is one thing in organisations that has become an important factor while recruiting an employee. But what can be done if an employee comes from a company which has been closed and background check has been done to know the performance of the employee?

    hello sirit is very tough to recognize the employer details of any employees after the closing of company in which there he/she worked.if you impress by his/her activities in interview then you should select him/her.after this you should analyze the capablity of employees by doing his/herworks action likeis he/she a hardworker?understand the responsiblitycapable to handle worse situations or has activities to growth for company etc.I hope you will be understand
