    How to calculate the salary if an employee has work for 26 days on CTC basis?

    I have a confusion regarding paying the salary. An employee’s CTC is 12,600 and gross salary is 10,000. He worked for 26 days in a month. Please tell me how to calculate his salary of the month? should I deduct the salary on CTC or by considering gross salary?

    the CTC involves all the costs incurred by the company on behalf of the employee. these are mostly the perquisites that the position of the employee demands (such as telephone bills or travel expenses) or the travel expenses. these are mainly reimbursed when bills are produced. the CTC gives a maximum cap on the expenses that the company will pay for the employee. gross salary is the salary that the employee is given in hand discounting these perks. it is probably in the best interest of the company to hence pay him according to his gross salary.

    Dear employer here ctc is not applicable to pay him salary.his salary is 10000/- it is to be devided by 30 or 31 days then perday earningsx26 days=....this will be his 26 days' salary.in case of new joined employee there leave balance is poor automatically the salary he get's after pf deduction that will be calculated as per above norms.

    Dear Friend,

    CTC means cost to company.

    It is not so difficlt to calculate the salary of 26 days.J

    Just divide CTC by the number of days of that particular month.& multiply the result to 26 days.

    The product what you get is the salary of 26 days.e.g.

    If it is 30 days,thenRs12600/30=Rs420/It is CTC of one day.So for 26 days=Rs10920/ Accordingly you calculate for t
    the gross salary & pay to him.

    Hi friend
    Ctc has 10 to 12 percent of tatal selary'share.
    the CTC includes all the costs incurred by the company on behalf of the employee.
    this is mostly the expence that the position/post of the employee demands like as telephone bills,sick cost or travel expenses.
    As your ctc is 12000 and the expence comeout as something to 1500 so your fix selary is 10500.
    And per day this is 350 rs.
    So you will ge something 9900 rs.

    Hi friendIn every company there is a techniqu to paid selary to employee.As ctc--CTC stands for COST TO COMPANYthis includes : GROSS SALARY incentives that are provided from the company to it's employee.So you can calculate your selary as per this international formula-Take the annual salaray and divide by 52.After this Take that result and divide it again by hous that you do work. -Alternatively you can divide by the number of working hours in a year.So by this formula's your selary is total 9500/-All the best.
