How to answer the question,"How long can you commit to work with us?”

I often come across the question during the interview-”How long can you commit to work with us?” But till now,I could not give a proper answer to it as I have many points to say and get confuse as to what will be the proper point to say. What answer should I give to this question to create a good impression in the minds of people taking the interview?

NORMALLY these types of question are asked in the interview. Many people answering in a good manner but some of the people are confused to give these types of answer. a it a simple question. The answer of this question is in my point of view is " Sir i am always commit with you and your company to work with you because i am a hard working and a dedicated person . It’s being a pleasure for me to work with your company.

    Dear guest,

Such questions are common in an interview. They are asked so that they get a suitable answer to your placement. It doesn't mean that you need to give a specific duration. Neither do they ask for it. What they actually want from you is the way you handle such a confusing question. There is simply no perfect answer. But if I were in your place I would have answered thus... "I commit to work for you till you get someone better than me to replace me" good luck.

    Thank you..

    Hello,

This question is asked to you to see whether you are really willing to work for the company for a log time.

you must show confidence and say that you will work for the company in the best profitable manner to earn promotions.

Do not say anything and nothing in the answers, they create bad impression.

Give a perfect answer for every question with confidence.

    Good luck

This is one of the common questions which is asked during the end of the interview when the interviewer is keen to give you the job.In this modern world where everyone seeks for better and better job opportunities, switching of jobs from one company to another has become a common trend.Hence the companies has to suffer a bit due to sudden resignation of its employees.Hence this sort of questions are asked just to get an idea as to how much is the interest of the candidate to work for the company in the concerned job post and for how long, what are his/her future goals, etc.

It is often seen that the candidates get confused as to what to say regarding the time period, and end up creating a mess of the question. Some give figures like 1,2,3 years and so on.If you give small figures, then the company will try not to prefer you since you can switch very soon and if you give a bit higher figure,it reveals that you are not ambitious enough.Hence you should not give any figures rather mould your answer in other way.

You should answer it confidently. You can say you like new challenges and a chance to grow. As long you will be keep on getting these, you don’t think you will need to switch over. You can also state that you would like to believe that this relationship lasts for many years. However, you have not set a time limit as such.
