    Dear Friend,

Yes, it is a very common question now a days in any type of recruitment interview. Interviewer wants to know about your skills and if you can stand for the organization whenever the need comes.

You should tell all your strengths that can be helpful to the job at hand and explain that you are the best person to do the job. That's why he/she should hire you for the job.

Also, give real life examples to validate some of your strengths. You can frame it nicely beforehand. It will make interviewer believe that you really have some talent. At least they want to hear all the good things about you.

I am giving you an example here but you should make your answer according to your abilities and strengths.

" I am hardworking and dedicated person. I have got the qualifications to fulfill the responsibility of job in the best manner possible. I have been good at working in a team and can easily gel with all the team members and I really believe in giving the output rather than just doing something."

Validate your answers by real life examples until they ask you to stop.

    All the best.
    Thank you.

The question asked as "why should I hire you" simply means, the recruiters are expecting you to answer what can be your possible contributions to the company.Any company who will provide you with a job will be interested in your contributions for the enhancement of the company's business. As I always say,it is better to be honest in your answers. Now,when you think of joining any company, you definitely visualize yourself as an able employee working for that company. If you combine your aspirations regarding the job (example- I want to see a steady increase in companies turnover within this fiscal year,by concentrating more on the marketing sector) with some of your strength, then this might work for you!

You have to first understand the job role for the post you are going to attend the interview
Now you have to see what skill sets you ahve with regards to job role
Now you can tell a brief about those skills sets that are require dfor that job
In last you can say that with these skills sets i would be able to do my job i a betterway
You can also add a line about your educationsla qualifications etc

2)As I am fresher, having a lot of positive energy. A quick learning ability and always eager to learn something from others lead me here and I think it would be equally helpful to me afterwards too.
3)If you given me a chance to work on your company sir I would going to share my knowledge and skills that I have especially my computer skills
4)I full fill all the criteria that is given by your company.

    Hello Friend,

The firm has called you for the interview because they feel that your skill sets are somewhat matching with what the hiring manager is looking for. Now, when the interviewer throws the question "why should they hire you" to you, make him/her believe with confidence that your skill sets will exactly match the profile's requirements and thus you will contribute maximum to the company's growth by using your education and skills and ultimately become an asset for the company.

Also, talk about your past experience and tell the hiring manager that you have done a similar kind of work in the past as well and your learnings in the past will help you to start the work in the new firm immediately; however, if they have some trainings for you, assure them that you will be a fast learner because of your past experiences.

Lastly, tell them that you are a dependable and an industrious person so you will prove to be a valuable member of the team and the firm.

    Thanks,
    Ritz

The intent of this question is more to analyse the candidate's perspective of his fitment into the organization.you need not be distracted by this question, be prepared to summarize in 60 seconds why you are the best candidate for the job. Tell them how your skills and knowledge suit to that position for making amazing contribution to their business
    All the best

Re: How to answer the question,”Why should I hire you?”

It is often seen that the candidates come prepared with the questions like tell me about yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, etc. which are very common and are asked in the interviews since the past few years. As a result it becomes difficult to judge the candidates and choose the best and most deserving ones for the concerned job posts.Hence the interviewers come up with this sort of new questions to know the real traits of the candidates. This question is quite common days.

This question is basically asked to know what the candidate thinks about himself/herself and the job concerned. The answer will clearly reflect the interest of the candidate in the job concerned. It also depicts how much research the candidate has done regarding the job posts and the company concerned. It depicts the awareness of the candidate.

You should not panic on hearing this question. The answer should be confidently given.Tell about the skills and qualities within you which is the prime requirement of the job role. You should relate them with the qualifications and your experience. You should also say that you are open to new challenges and also give them an idea that you are flexible and can adapt to different working conditions.
