How to answer the question,”What are the most important things for you as a manager?”

I often come across the question during the interview-”What are the most important things for you as a manager?” But till now,I could not give a proper answer to it as I have many points to say and get confuse as to what will be the proper point to say. What answer should I give to this question to create a good impression in the minds of people taking the interview?

    Hello,

These are the questions frequently asked in an interview. You should answer the question politely and in a calm manner.

*Your first approach should be of removing the seniority, there should be no great difference in the senior and junior employs.Communication should be done from bottom to top or top to bottom serial.

*Your second approach should be of the clean environment in the working place so that the work can be done in a lucrative manner.

    Thanks....
