    How to answer the question,”If you are asked to do something different in your job, what would it be? Why?”

    I often come across the question during the interview-”If you are asked to do something different in your job, what would it be? Why?” But till now,I could not give a proper answer to it as I have many points to say and get confuse as to what will be the proper point to say. What answer should I give to this question to create a good impression in the minds of people taking the interview?

    This is one of the questions which is asked in the modern day interviews.It has been a common trend among the candidates to get prepared with the common questions that are usually asked in the interviews since past few years.As a result,it becomes difficult for the interviewer to get to know the real traits of the candidates.Hence this sort of questions are asked by the interviewers to test the real nature of the candidates.

    Many candidates are not able to answer this question properly because they are caught in the confusion as to what would be the good and apt answer to this.However,you should not get nervous and give answer to this question quite confidently even though you may be wrong.

    The purpose of this sort of question is to test how much excited and interested a candidate is in the concerned job and how much research has he done for the job post.Even the leadership qualities of a candidate if present will be depicted by the answer to this question.This question is to test your ability to think out of the common box and take an action.It reveals how much creative you are and hoe much you can be.

    You should start your answer saying what all difference can be made and not to stick only to the words.Rather you would aim at bringing all the proposals to reality through actions.For example you may state that you will discuss the new launch of any product with the core team and bring the proposals to reality as soon as possible.You can also state that you can train new recruits to the right path of professionalism.This will give the recruiters a message about your leadership skills.
