How to answer the question “What will you do if your company goes into losses?” in the interview?

I have just completed my graduation. Recently I appeared in an interview in which I was asked “What will you do if your company goes into losses?”. But at that time I got confused and was unable to answer this question. How to answer such a question in future?

    Hi aspirant

You should be able to answer such tricky questions wits a little tact and presence of mind if you really want to get anywhere in your interview. then only you will be able to score brownie points and will be able to impress your interviewer if you can answer such unusual questions with tact and confidently. Don't get dejected by what happened previously and try to prepare your answer beforehand for the next time.

You should answer this question by saying that God forbid, if your company goes into losses, you will make sure that you stand by it through thick and thin and always remain loyal towards it. You will never turn away from your company just because it has gone into losses as it has given you so much over the years and so it is your duty to stand by it in these difficult times.

I am sure this will definitely impress your interviewer and thus he will be surely smiling at you. Good luck for your interviews
