How to answer the question “How many years are you planning to stay in this company?” in an interview?

I have recently completed my graduation and now am giving various interviews. In one of the recent interviews I was asked “How many years are you planning to stay in this company?”. I could not answer it properly. How to answer such a question?

    Hi aspirant

Such questions are really very tricky and you should definitely answer them in order to get brownie points in the interview. You should be careful enough to see that you don't get nervous while answering such questions and should see to it that you answer them confidently so that the interviewer is impressed by you. You should be prepared to answer such questions beforehand.

The next time you are answered such a question you should tell the interviewer that you are always going to be faithful to this company and will stay in it for as much long as you can. You will make it sure that you don't divert your loyalty towards any other company and thus will do your work with full dedication and 100% effort for your company. They will definitely be proud of your loyalty towards them and you hope that they will give you atkleast one chance to prove yourself.

I am sure that the interviewer will definitely be impressed by your answer and thus will definitely give you brownie points for it. Good luck and thanks
