This is a question usually asked in all interviews that make many candidates dumb as they are usually in a dilemma of which questions to ask and which one to not ask.The interviewers expect intelligent questions from the candidate. It is one of the golden opportunities for you to demonstrate your interest in the company and the job but also a chance to address any concerns the interviewer might have about your candidature. So, prepare yourself well in advance to ensure that you are ready to ask some intelligent questions during the interview. Here are few questions that you can ask.- What are the opportunities for me to grow in this role and with the company?- What are the major goals that would need to be accomplished in this role?- Is this a new position or has fallen vacant by the separation of the last employee?- Do you have any concerns about me being able to meet the responsibilities of this role?- How many members would be there in my team? What will be my position amongst them?

    Hi aspirant

This is definitely one of the trickiest questions that the interviewer can put for you and thus you should be able to answer the same if you want a sureshot place in the company. You should first of all not get nervous when such a tricky question is asked as that can be the biggest disaster for you. And secondly you should answer such questions with confidence so that the examiner gets impressed.

So whenever such a question is asked , you can ask the interviewer anything related to their company- like the perks provided to its employees, from how many years have they been in the company, you can also ask when the company was started and how has been their experience conducting recruitments for all these years. Also you can ask them that since how long they have been conducting recruitments. Another question that can be asked is about the prosperity and growth of the company.

You should avoid asking any personal questions or the questions related to your salary unless they themselves ask you about it. Also avoid asking questions directly related to the management. In this way you will surely impress them.

I wish you all the best for your future. Thanks
