House allowance reduced from my salary this month

My house allowance has been reduced from the salary this month. How should I put this issue before boss without making it awkward? I am staying in a shared flat accommodation and at the same time, I am also looking for an independent flat. Why is it got deducted then?

    Hi aspirant

I don't think it is fair on the part of your management to deduct house allowance from your salary . You should definitely take some action against this and not let them take unnecessary advantage of your good nature. Go and enquire about it and I hope that it was just a mistake on their part. You should definitely not let them deduct your hard earned money in this way. Go and talk to your boss and then you will definitely find a solution to this.

Tell your boss that this month your house allowance got deducted from your salary. You have been sharing a flat accomodation and now its not fair that your house allowance should be deducted in such a way. You really hope that it was a mistake on their partr and thus want them to correct it as soon as possible. If not then they should give you a proper reason for such action from their end. You hope they will give you your house allowance for this month and thus will not deduct it in this manner. You hope to get your due soon.

I am sure your boss will understand your problem and will certainly help you out. Don't worry friend. You will definitely get your money back. Don 't hesitate to spaek to your boss. Good luck

Dear the action has been taken by your company and only your company authorities or manager or director may tell you the accurate thing that why did they do so only with you and when they promised you to provide house allowance then why didn't you receive your allowance and ask them if there is any mistake done by you in the office then tell you everything in detail but still you are living in a shared accommodation which is not good for you because you are a professional person who is responsible for such type of facilities and when you have thought to keep your flat safe then it is good for you because dear you are a working person and you must have the separate so that you should go to the manager of your company and ask them that why did they deduct your house allowances and if you would not provide me the same then how and from where i would pay the rent of my house and it is really not affordable for you

    All the best

Dear friend according to your grievance it transpire that company has deducted your HRA from your salary without notice.Under this situation what to do and what not to do.

1.Company whenever deduct your salary must inform you or you have the right to know why deduction take place at your salary slip?

2.House allowance is given as compensatory ground to the employees.

3.If an employee live in employer accomodated house/ rented house then obviously your HRA to be deducted from salary.

4.If you live in company accomodated flat without paying rent then your house allowance can be deducted.

5.If you stay toward a flat without paying rent under the sharing process then you may not get HRA.

6.If you stay/live at your own accomodation then you are entitled for HRA.

Friend I think these lines will help you to solve the house allowance problem.

    Thank You,

    Dear Aspirant,

It may be due to clerkial mistake, because the house rent allowance can only be deducted from the salary when an employee is alloted a quarter by the working company or office.since you are staying in a rent house whether it is on share basis or independent,it does not matter. In your case, you must be paid the house rent allowance regularly.

The question of awkwardness does not arise in asking for your genuine allowance. So don't hesitate & ask in the account section. You may first enquire orally & depending upon the situation, give it in writing. Or it will be better to write a letter addressed to the manager Accounts through proper channel & get it forwarded by your boss & submit it to the Manager Accounts. If there is no post of the Manager Accounts, you have to see which official is incharge of account section & how you are getting pay.Your request to pay your house rent must be submitted to the concerned incharge official of the account section.

So don't delay & go ahead.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok

    Hi
I think that some of your details taken wrongly by your organisation,so first verify whether your details are filled correctly or not.If they entered your details wrongly first you have to correct your details in system ,otherwise everything is fine then you should send a mail to your concerned authority and to your boss about your problem.

    Hi,
After sending the mail you should directly talk to your boss about your problem and explain it clearly and communicate with concerned authority reason for reducing house allowance from your salary, for any problem oral reporting is always not good.first send mail and wait for his response.
