Got fired due to company vehicle damage in accident

There is no agreement signed for any damage made unintentionally which claims that if any damage occurs there is a threat of losing the job. The employer himself asked me to drive the company’s vehicle for some official work. The vehicle met with an accident and got damaged for which the employer the insurance claim too but fired me.How can I proceed to sue him?

    Hi friend

You should definitely sue your employer in this case as he had no right to fire you as you have done nothing against the rules and regulations of your company in this case. You should first try to solve this matter amicably with your employer before resorting to suing him for the same. Tell him that he has unjustly fired you from your job as there is no rule in the company which claims that if any damage occurs unitentionally there is a threat of losing the job. You want him to give you justice otherwise you will be forced to defame the company by suing him for this.

Now maybe your employer will get afraid and give you your job back. But if he is still adamant, then its better that you gather all the evidence against him and then talk to your lawyer regarding this matter. You can send him the legal notice and sue him for firing you against the rules of the company.

I am sure that this will be a good lesson for your employer and also your problem will be solved. Good luck and thanks

Dear when you have got fired then you should accept your termination because your manager has terminated your all services from the company and there is no chance for you to get the job back but if you go to your manager back and request him and say sorry then he may keep you again for the job but as for as my views are concerned that you should not do it because he is angry with you at all and this will not be good for your future in that company because if you got the job back then you will be kept away from the hikes and promotions but once you must try to get your job back because this time you may not get any type of job instantly and this will not be good for your survival so please try to make to understand your boss and get the job back and if he does not accept your argument then you should find out any other job because you are qualified and having enough working experience in corporate sector so this will not take a long time for you to get a good job

    All the best

See as you have lost your job, you must not waste time in thinking of doing any thing against him as the damage has already been done and if for any how you

get the job, you and your boss will not have the same relations and thus will not help you.

As he is your employer so he has the power to take such decisions whether you like or not.

As he can give any possible reason to fire you if for suppose you take any legal action against him. So this will waste your money and time.

Instead it is better that you start finding new job for your self and close the matter here, this will be much better for you.
