Is it good to join in a company where there is lot of on-site or in the company with good pay?

I have got opportunities in two of the leading companies where in one we have good on-site opportunities and in the other with good pay. Which one I can choose? Can you please give me your suggestion? What will be good for me for my future?

Hi..I think firstly you should consider your interest and make sure you know your strengths..It will be surely be better if you opt for the work where your capability lies and in which you have interest..

Also go for the work where there is more growth..If the work you have to do in both of the companies is the same then i think you should go for the one with good on-site opportunities as if you keep on doing good work there your pay will definitely increase..

Also see if there is scope for growth in the company where there are lot of on-site opportunities..If it does not have much scope for growth then its better if you join the other job where there is good pay and good scope for growth..You can talk to the employees of both the companies for proper information..Also firstly know in depth of both the companies and then only decide..

So mainly choose the job where there is more scope for growth and more importantly where your interest lies..Give your 100% and then with your hard work and dedication you surely will get a salary hike..

    God luck.. Thanks

    Hi friend

I think you should firstly consider the reason for you leaving the job and then only decide where you want to join. If you have left your job due to lack of growth in the previous company then i think you should go for the job with better on-site opportunities but if you have left your previous job due to lack of good salary and are in dire need of money then you should certainly opt for the one with good pay.

Both these jobs will be equally good for your future but see to it that you keep on showing professional growth in the company and dont stagnate. For this you give full dedication and honest hard work to your job and you will find that you will certainly be successful and have a bright future. As you know there is no shortcut to success. As you sow so shall you reap. So work hard and your future will be bright surely.

    Good luck
