I had been working with the company for 2 years. My salary is same as it was on the day of joining. No increment has been. My performance and i am getting incentives. But my salary was not increase and it was promised that hike will be done once in a year. Since I did not receive any hike I spoke to my Manager, and he informed me that because of my performance issue it has not increased. I had big argument with my manager. Now I am afraid that it will affect my feedback. Can anybody help me in this case?

Definite I will discuss whta you are asked.According to me it is not a good way for you to argue to your maneger for hike in salary it surely the negative feedback to your carrier.You should avoid this way.If you deserve to hike this salary then automatically you can get this.In corporate wold salary is increase based on your performence,creativity etc.You should ask him politely regarding this topic otherwise you can drop a letter regarding this,I am sure he/she will definitely tries to help you.Even if you are not satisfied with your salary you should concern with your HR manager,and higher authority.
