    Hello

Yes its better to change your team but i dont know if your project lead will agree to this. Its already been a month and if you still cant adjust it might create a bad impression.

you can still try contacting your hr and hear what he is saying about this. Do approach politely and dont say directly that you want to change the team. Say in a way as if it feels like yes the team work is getting hampered for and your team isnt getting the best out of this.

Dont think 1 month counts as a experience so no it wont affect anything

    thanks

Changing the team within a month shows you cannot handle people well or you are not fit for team work, so please do not change the team so soon.Things you can do is do your part well and wait for the team to mingle with you.As a new member try extra efforts to show them you are willing to contribute to the team. They will surely understand.
In case any of this doesnt work tell your problem to your superiors and ask for their advice and indirectly point to team change option.Best of luck.

    hi neela,

its sad to hear that your team mates are not much supportive.

As you are saying that you are new to the team and you have got only one day of training.

Its hard to adjust to the environment.

You are saying that you have tried to mingle with them but they are not open to you.

So what you do is first find out what the problem that they have got with you first.

organize a small party for getting joined in the new group, have a freindly relationship with them.

Ask them whether you have done anything wrong, why are they not supporting you in the work.

Clear your doubt first, if they say that they do not want to work with you then you can approach your manager and ask him to change the team.

as you have said that you have joined the new team a one month back its difficult to change the team, as the higher officials would think that you are not able to get involved with the team mates.

So think twice before taking the decision.

    All the best.

Try those and take the decision.

    thanking you.

No need to change.. you have to prove to yourself in same team that will be more better for you...if you want to change your team then do you know that team also be a according you as you want..so better prove yourself in same team..nothing is impossible..and discuss with your all team people about this and say our team should be the best..

    Hi ,

Of course you can change the team.

This 1month will not affect your experience any way if you change team.

You can very well tell your manager and request him.

    State your discomfortness .

Better way is to put the pin pointing your side.

Dont involve others name stating they are not supporting.

This might end up spoiling your name.

    So handle it little carefully.

    Thanks!!

You must have to try to understand them and talk with them if you are finding any kind of problem. Changing a team would not be solution to problem, may be if you go for anyother team you may find the same kind of team and same problem arise. You try to adjust and be calm. Thanx

    HI,

If its just 1 month, then i think it wont affect you much professionally.

Change the group if you can not cope with new people.

    It wont affect your appraisal.

    Take a wise decision.

But from next time, when you join another team try to adjust and cope, you can definitely manage.

    HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!!!!!

    Hello Aspirant,

You have not mentioned what type of team you have joined.

Anyhow, when you have to be in team which is not supportive to you,it will be always good to you to change the team.

It may not affect your experience.

Just discuss with your team leader regarding your situation.

If he is able to solve the problem, then it all right otherwise you can change your team.

You may also discuss with the senior of your team leader & depending upon the situation take decision further.

    Thanks & best of luck.

Re: Is it fine to change the team which is not much supportive? Will it effect in my experience?

Yes its higher to alter your team however i dont understand if your project lead can comply with this. Its already been a month and if you continue to cant change it'd produce a nasty impression.

you'll be able to still attempt contacting your unit of time and listen to what he's locution regarding this. Do approach in a well mannered way and dont say directly that you simply need to alter the team. Say in a very means as if it sounds like affirmative the team work is obtaining hampered for and your team isnt obtaining the simplest out of this.

Dont assume one month counts as a expertise thus no it wont have an effect on something

Changing the team at intervals a month shows you can't handle individuals well otherwise you don't seem to be fit team work, thus please don't modification the team thus presently. belongings you will do is do your half well and await the team to mingle with you. As a brand new member attempt further efforts to indicate them you're willing to contribute to the team. they'll for certain perceive.
just in case any of this doesnt work tell your downside to your superiors and evoke their recommendation and indirectly purpose to team modification choice.

its unhappy to listen to that your team mates don't seem to be abundant supportive .
As {you square measure|you're} locution that you simply are new the team and you have got got only 1 day of coaching.
Its exhausting to regulate to the surroundings.
you're locution that you simply have tried to mingle with them however they're not receptive you.
thus what you are doing is 1st decide what the matter that they need got with you initially.
organize atiny low party for obtaining joined within the new cluster, have a freindly relationship with them.
raise them whether or not you have got done something wrong, why square measure they not supporting you within the work.
Clear your doubt 1st, if they are saying that they are doing not need to figure with you then you'll be able to approach your manager and raise him to alter the team.

changing the team simply when a month isn't acceptable and it's going to have an effect on your image within the company. it is often take it is time to urge mingle with different team members. you need to have to be compelled to attempt to perceive them and speak with them if you're finding any reasonably downside. dynamic a team wouldn't be resolution to downside, could also be if you opt for the other team you'll notice an equivalent reasonably team and same downside arise.

Re: Is it fine to change the team which is not much supportive? Will it effect in my experience?

Hi it is better if you change your team at the initial stage than repenting later on. " Better safe than sorry".

Anyways if you try to stay in this team you will not gain much as they dont have team spirit at all plus it will also effect your performances and chances of a better future.

So its better if you shift to a new team which is cooperative and try to gain experience with them. That will surely help you to progress better and have a better future plus it will not effect your work performance also.

    Best of luck. Thanks

    Hello Friend,
here in your case the problem with your team is its small, there are very less people in your team so the workload must be high thats why they are not that free to have free conversation with you.i am sure any body will react the same way the others are doing.so dont haste to take that action rather stay in the team and it will take time but eventually you will get success.however if you try to change the team it wont possible because you wont get the release letter from the pm unless you work 1 year or 2 year in the project.
    Thank you.

Re: Is it fine to change the team which is not much supportive? Will it effect in my experience?

    Hello

Yes its better to change your team if your team members are not supportive.

If they will not provide you proper training or they will not be willing to help then it will affect your performance directly .
And in the end you cannot blame anyone.

If you dont get proper training and knowledge transfer then you will have a lot of confusion and you might end up with nothing.

This way you cannot gain proper knowledge and you will gain least learning.

The team should be open and should show interest to help you.

But if they are not doing so then you should ask your manager to change your team.

If you change your team, you will get a good exposure and learning .

this way your performance will increase and not affected.

    Thank you
