Female co-workers mum over anti attitude of boss

My boss in the marketing company gets abusive during the sales target meeting. I have tried to convey it to him but he stayed ignorant. Even the female co-workers are not understanding. Please suggest a strong way to handle this issue.

    Hi aspirant

Your boss should learn to behave properly with his employees and thus not behave in such a manner. He should not use abusive language especially in the presence of female employees and see to it that he gives them respect by not passing such remarks in their presence. And also your company's female employees should also raise their voice against this and should support you in this matter. Make sure that you make your boss realise his mistake and thus he will never repeat it again.

You should go to the female colleagues and request them to help you. Tell them that you want your boss to stop using abusive language during the sales target meetings and thus you want to support you in this matter. The more the number of employees, the more easier it will become for you to convince your boss.

I am sure they will be ready to support you. Then along with them you should go to your boss's office and request him to stop using abusive language during the meetings as all females colleagues and even the rest are not happy with it and thus want you to stop the same. Also it will be good for his image also and thus you hope that you have come here in the capacity of well wishers and not just as employees. You hope he will understand your concern.

I am sure your boss will feel ashamed of himself and thus will stop behaving in such a way. Good luck and Thanks

i know the pain what are you are going through, i think you should bear this for a particular time period .. sales and marketing jobs are based on targets you should achieve even if you do good sales and the company wants you do to more.. regarding the abusive words you face in meeting,, tell your boss that you don't treat the employees like animals and you strongly condemn it.... better you join another company if he still does the abusive behavior with employee.... self respect is very important for you.... please understand it

Dear this thing is seen in so many companies that manager or senior officers abuses the juniors and harrass them by using different types of activities and so many managers and officers are involved in eve teasing and if you say that female workers are also not responding so that you should know that female workers wants to save their respect and image in the office and your manager is a male candidate that's why they can not take any action against your manager and they afraid of to loose their job so that dear you should get together with all workers of your office those who do not like the behavior of your manager and write a letter against his activities that what you fee during office hours or meeting when the manager abuse you all and go together to his office and ask them that why do you do this with your workers and if you will do the same again then we all would resign soon and it may affect your company's profit which would not be good for you and your future so stop this and be candid and modest and make yourself professional so that you could compete in the market and if you would leave such type of things then we would contribute maximum to the organization

    All the best
