    Female boss misuses her power to sign leave sanctions

    My leave sanctions are rejected most of the times as I am not in the good books of my reporting boss who is a single mother. Like other colleagues, I also need leaves. She is almost in tears if being questioned. Please suggest a way to fix this issue.

    Your boss has no reason to reject your leaves in such a manner when you have your leaves for availing at the time of need . If your company has given you the permission to avail a certain some amount of leaves during a specified period of time, then your boss has no right to go against the rules and regulations of his own company and so you should definitely raise your voice in this matter.

    You should go and talk to her personally and ask her about such behaviour with you. I can't understand her reason for crying when she is being questioned, but you should not be afraid or hesitate to ask her or question her about her unjust actions due to which you are facing so much trouble as you are not able to avail your leaves when you want to.

    Tell her that whenever you ask for your leaves , your leaves are not sanctioned and are instantly rejected by her. You understnd that you are not in her good books but that does not give her the right to reject your leaves in this manner when you have your leaves left which you haven't yet availed. You , like your other colleagues, also need leaves and thus are very disheartened by such a behaviour. She should stop such behaviour immediately and thus behave equally with every employee especially in such matters. Also she should not break the rules of the company in this matter.

    I am sure she will answer you properly and will give you the correct explaination for her actions. She will also feel ashamed of herself and hopefully will stop such behaviour. But if she is still adamant then you should complain this to your higher authorities and thus they will definitely teach her a good lesson. also friend I will give you some advice. You should try to keep good relatiojns with your boss as that is the only way to succeed in your company other than, of course, your hard work and dedication.

    It is not good to hear such news,but it is quite common & natural to face such problems with the boss when the under employees don't have good terms with the boss.

    First of all you should find out the reason for not having good terms with your reporting boss.You must try to solve the issue/factors for which you are not having good terms.Try to be obedient,honest & perfect in your duty.You must take care of your behaviour.The relation is spoiled when one criticises the boss before some body which may be your colleague or others & the same matter is reported to the boss by some means which spoil the ears of the boss,causing unfavourable actions against the employees.If you do so,you should avoid such behaviour.

    When you are in right side & being injusticed by your reporting boss,you must talk to her politely & request her not to do so.If you don't get support,you must bring the matter to the manager HR for relief,but first you should see your own fault & try to rectify it before going to higher official.If you feel ,you have committed any mistake with your boss,get execuse from her.Your problem may be solved immediately.

    Getting the leave is your right
    Leaves has been alloted to you by the company each month if you work all the days you are required to work in a month
    Your Boss has the authority to sanction the leaves after looking that the work is not affected and her team work is carried on well if few employees are on leave.
    Also your boss has to make sure that all employees avail their leaves during each financial year

    If you boss is rejecting your leaves all the times, than you should take this matter to the seniors of your company
    You should first speak with the manager to whom your boss reports to
    You should tell him/her the whole situation and your problme would be resolved

    1. Generally bosses want their best employee be present every time the office needs them, especially this happens mostly with female bosses.
    2. So keeping this thing in mind, you can politely as k for breaks or leaves at time of need.
    3. Talk to your boss clearly for not approving the leaves.
    4. There is no official matter that cannot be solved by talking and discussing.
