    Female boss favours female employees

    Although it could be a normal scenario where a female boss favours the female employees but when it comes to business everyone should be treated equal as organisation suffers at last. So, how could I make this point to management without hampering my profile?

    I think everyone in a particular organisation should be treated equally and should be given credit depending on their merit. everyone should be judged just on the basis of their experience and work performance and no distinction should be made on such things as gender. This is definitely not done and your boss should be responsible than this. She should not indulge in such discrimination and should treat all, whether male or female , equally. You should definitely raise your voice in this matter and should see to it that you get justice in this case.

    So friend you should definitely put this point in front of your management and don't be afraid that it will tarnish your image . You should not hesitate to do so and show your courage by speaking directly talk to your manager in this regard. Otherwise you should leave this job and this company where such gender bias is practiced.So you should make your choice that whether you want to speak to your management or want to leave this company.

    But I think you should first talk to your manager. Tell him that in your company your female boss is always favouring her female employees and not giving any due recognition to the male employees. In this way this is highly unjust for the male employees as they are not being given due credit for their work and are being exploited in this manner. It maybe a normal thing for a female boss to favour the female employees but you don't think this is fair and also when it comes to business, the organisation will also suffer loss if all the employees are not treated equally. you hope that they will understand your point and thus will deal equally with all the employees from now on.


    I am sure your management will definitely convey this to your boss and then she will surely realise her mistake. She will then never repeat such a thing again and thus will treat all the employees equally giving them due credit for their work and thus implementing only the best ideas for the maximum benefit of the company. So your problem will also be solved then.

    I can suggest you that keep one thing in mind - Boss is always right as because he/she want to stand his/her company efficiently in the market. So whether male or female if due to anybody company is going to suffer, the points must stated before the Boss. But one important thing that your statements must be independent of the gender that means you should put forth the points evenly with proper respect for women. So that you will win.

    ---->WHETHER IT MAY BE MALE OR FEMALE BOSS RUNNING AN COMPANY OR THE ORGANIZATION.

    -First investigate properly in this matter.
    -Acquire some evidences in this matter.
    -Have a personal discussion with the boss rather than making it public which in turn can be taken by your boss as you are offending her and administrative qualities.
    -Approach to the boss as you want to clear your doubts and not as direct interrogator.
    -Raise those issues and clear your doubts regarding the partialities.
    -You can also give suggestions to your boss by stating that certain activities were considered as a partiality towards the females.
    -Thank her and tell that you all hope her to be impartial.
    -If you find the partiality issues still not resolved,you can definitely raise this point in the management meeting in an indirect manner and not by directly offending the boss.

    Dear Friend you are right that in business everyone should be treated equally. even if you see the labour laws you will find the same thing. but it gives lot of importance to remuneration only. there is no strong peace of legislature when it comes to favouring a particular sex. speaking reasonably, you are in a very delicate situation. you need to act very carefully as you might have a bad effect on your career, if you act against your boss. I would suggest that you bring up this matter in a nice way if there is any forum or mechanism to bring forward employee grievances. if not, try talking to your HR about it, if you think he/she is a nice person and will understand your problem. you can directly talk to your boss if she is open to such discussion; mind you in a casual friendly way only. If you can't do it single handed, try talking to a like minded person about it. take his/her suggestions. if the organisation really cares about its employees, then it will definitely try to look into their grievances. good luck...

    Always performance should speak for yourself .. Its very common problem that favoritism and partial attitude of bosses have lead to serious problem for company development.. Office politics have dominated so much from decades even you have talent..recognition of talent these days is very rare these days its important that you should not be victim of office politics ensure that first.. Regarding the problem you see in allocation of positions in office you cannot really influence these matters because when you try to object it they say boss is always right
