Feeling small in front of the other employees due to my poor dressing sense

I am working in a private company. Most of the employees in our company are very fashionable and thus have a very good dressing sense. On the other hand my dressing sense is very poor and thus I feel very small in front of them. How to overcome such a situation?

Dear, it is not a big thing to be worried about. If you find your dressing in not good then no problem, you can visit various web sites to groom your personality.
In my opinion try to be simple and formal at work.
Decency is the best style in the whole world .
So don't be tense and try my way , it will surely help you.

    Hello Aspirant,

    .
Personalities are of two types, one is internal & other is external.Internal personality is affected by your education, thought where as external behaviour is affested by dress, behaviour etc.If your internal behaviour is good, the external behaviour may not impress much provided what clothes you wear is neat & clean & well ironed .The cost of the clothe is hided & colour is choice of individual.

Boost your moral & be bold yourself. You are surviving with your own means like others. If any one says anything to you, reply gently & politely.

    Good luck.

See this is not a big problem and you can improve it easily.

First of all as an employee you don't have to look fashionable, the dress should give you a look of a professional.

Thus instead of trying any thing extra ordinary go for formal dresses.

Like the general outlook must contain a dark colored pant if not want to be confused much can go for black or dark blue trousers.

Shirt in contrast should be light colored like light blue, off white or any other that you like. Shirts with stripes and checks can give you variety.

Always have a belt dark colored, formal shoes and dark colored socks.

Starting with such general professional dressing will first of all give you confidence, than gradually you can modify on it depending on what suits you.

If you think your colleagues have really good professional dressing sense than you can also take help from them in choosing for you right combination.

But it will be better to go and look things yourself as it will help you learning right dressing for you.

In good showrooms you can also get help from the people over there to help find you the proper formal dress.

    Hi,

Why don't you change your dressing pattern...
it is said that a portion of the salary should be spend for dress...it makes difference...
You will feel more confidence while you dress up properly....
In our school stage we are very cautious about the dress code...this is the reason for...

If you don't have too many dress.. no issue...but dress properly in the office...it will change your value..

    Believe me...
